Bringing home your newborn is an incredible new feeling that you'll

remember for the rest of your life.

This phase will surely be met with questions and concerns for yourself and your baby. It is true that your baby will require more attention than you're used to dishin' out and you'll be adjusting to a new lifestyle.

The good news is that you're not in this alone. The better news is that you have everything it takes already within you. Read below to find out about the 3 pillars of caring for your new infant in these early days and pricing for services.

Invest in any of the 3 services below. Book me on an occasional basis or ask about my availability for ongoing support.

Shifts can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours and our time spent together will be unique to your needs and preferences. I can meet you at your home as soon as you leave the hospital or the days/weeks following birth.

You may decide nighttime support is what your family needs in this period and the primary goal will be helping you get as much rest at night as possible. If you're breastfeeding, I'll bring baby to you for a feed; then I do the rest. If your baby is bottle-fed, we'll see you in the AM!

There must be a suitable sleep surface for the Doula to rest between tasks and feeds.

Whether you're working from home, out at the office, or just need a night out with your partner, I got your back. With 15+ years' experience in the childcare industry, your kiddos will be in excellent hands.

Tending to yourself as a new parent will be of equal importance as caring for your newborn. Your body has just endured major physical changes ranging from the elevation and drop in hormones to any possible injuries sustained during birth. Your body will be adjusting back to it's pre-pregnancy state and healing from the energetic exertion and transformation involved in pregnancy and birth.

You're officially a warrior-goddess-superhero.

(which you already suspected)

Together we'll turn...

 exhaustion into resilience

 anxiety into calm

 isolation into stillness

 discomfort into relief

This will be a time of revitalization and building on energy reserves that allow you to enjoy your newborn with full presence and awareness, even through the tough moments.

As your Doula, I vow to support any decision you make when it comes to feeding your baby. I'll do my best to inform your curiosities on breast or bottle feeding and direct you to various options in the event of a challenge or transition.

Just like everything else baby related, there's a great deal of research on how to nourish an infant, and my rule of thumb is to keep it simple; learn your baby's physiological and emotional needs and adjust accordingly!

There's plenty to explore on the topic of safe and effective infant sleeping and my job will be to guide the journey as you determine your personal preferences and style.

As your Postpartum and Infant Care Doula, it will be my highest priority to keep you informed on up to date guidelines, risks and benefits for the various sleep schedules and positions.

You will come to recognize your baby's sleepy cues and comfort preferences better than anyone else, and that's when you'll know you're getting the hang of it!

Does this expression bring you a moment of delightful relief?

Do you feel the tension in your shoulders loosen?

Is your 3 year old trying to ride the Roomba as we speak?
